Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts

1. Timely Payment of GST, P.Tax, TDS & Benevolent Fund on monthly basis.2. Fund management as per statutory requirements.3. Ensure there are no penalties and damages in statutory payments.4. Responsible for GSTR1 and Input GST.5. Preparation of monthly summary for GST and TDS.Audit Management1. Maintenance of statutory documents seperately for inspections (last 7 years). (GST, P,TAX and TDS)2. Preparation of ITR DATA with all supporting documents as per CA formats.3. Conduct of quarterly internal audit on financial aspects(Vendor payments, Incentives, Petty cash, debit vouchers, BRC) of all group companies and submit the report to CMD.4. Proper replies to notices/queries received from GST, Income Tax & Other Statutory bodies. Coordinate with concerned dept until closure of case.5. Proper back up of accounts/finance data.Software and Tally management1.Overseeing of Invoice/E-Invoice submission with all supporting documents to the clients. Ensure that invoice should be submitted before 5th of every month.3. Overseeing of Payroll management as per schedules4. Payment of Vendor invoices, Incentives and Debit vouchers as per terms and conditions. 5. Reconciliation of bank statement on daily basis and rectify the issues if any immediately. 6. Updation of Invoice payment receipt ledgers.7. Submission of daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports to CMD.8. Proper maintenance of all documents for inspections9. Submission of OD/CC documents on mothly basis to the PNB. Maintain record of PBG, EMD, Tender Fees/DDs and OD utilisation tracker.10. Management of employees retention initiatives, involves strategic action to keep employees sustainbility with high motivation & productivityCompliance Mangement1. Optimum Utilisation & Properly Updation of Invoice/Payroll Software and Tally data base.2. Updation of Inovice Payment, Wages, Vendor Payments, Debit Vouchers and Uniform Inventory in Tally.3. Timely updating of software as per Company requirement.4. Submission of monthly MIS 5.Conduct of training and development for account team.Confidentialty1. Individual data (Aadhar card, Bank details, Salary, EPF, ESI and P.tax). .2. Company data (Cliental list, Meetings, BDM, Tenders, EMDs, PBGs, CMD movement and ITRs of Xpert group).3. Audit/Inspection data, 4. Bank Information.5 Group Assets and InventoryDescription/GoalClients Payment follow up1. Preparation of invoice payment tracker.2. Conduct of weekly collection calls on every Thursday. 3. Follow up long pending payments with proper correspondance.4. Coordinate with all branches and resolve all invoice related issues if any5. Submission of monthly invoice payment MIS.Bank Management1. Maintain efficient & harmoneous relationship with all Bank Managers/Staff2. Submission of required documents and smooth coordination of CC/BG renewals/enhancement.3. Ensure salaries and other payments are disbursed by the bank in timely manner4. Ensure Daily/Weekly/Monthly Bank Reconcilation Statements for all bank accounts are done and submit report to the CMD.5. Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
