AVP/VP - FACILITY MANAGEMENT (SECURTY, SOFT & IFM SERVICES)

Operations - Recruitment of Quality Manpower without any shortages at sites, Site Surveys and Reports, Training and Development of Employees, Crisis and Disaster Management, Operations Review, Rewards and Recognition Programmes, Cost Reduction Plans, Overall Operational Profitability, MIS Reporting.

Client Relations - Trust and long-term relationships with clients/customers, Build brand loyalty, Minutes of Meetings with Remedial measures, Inspire repeat-business from clients, Ensure timely payment from clients, Feedbacks etc.

Business Development Management - Generation of Business Leads, Planning and Execution of Proposals, Presentations, Conversion of Leads etc

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
