Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts

Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle general ledger accounting, bank reconciliation, and balance sheet schedules.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and audit support.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
• Support management with MIS reports and financial analysis.
• Establish and improve internal controls to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial data.
• Liaise with banks, vendors, consultants, and cross-functional teams as required.

Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

  mandatory.
• 01 year of experience in finance, accounting, or audit (Articleship experience considered).
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally / ERP / SAP preferred).
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
