Job Description

Job Purpose: To develop and execute a business development strategy targeting corporate and government clients within the B2B domestic market. Key Responsibilities: Engage with institutional and corporate clients to manage corporate distribution and sales. Lead direct selling efforts to drive revenue growth. Achieve annual sales targets as defined in the Annual Business Plan (ABP). Ensure profit margins as per ABP guidelines. Acquire new customers and achieve onboarding goals. Maintain targeted customer retention percentages. Identify and leverage market opportunities to build new client relationships and accounts. Deepen relationships with existing clients to increase business share. Interact independently with top management and decision-makers of current and prospective clients. Conduct relationship management and brand-building initiatives. Execute strategic plans across various cities within the assigned zone. Oversee smooth functioning of operations through effective management of channel partners (DSAs) and agencies. Track and ensure timely client payments with zero outstanding balances. Monitor and forecast sales trends, maintaining accurate sales pipeline data. Focus on acquiring new business while retaining existing clients.
