The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally , preferably in the FMCG sector , with strong attention to detail in billing, invoicing, and documentation. Key Responsibilities: Generate and manage sales invoices, purchase bills, and debit/credit notes in Tally ERP . Maintain accurate records of customer billing, stock entries, and payment receipts. Coordinate with the sales and logistics team for dispatch and billing reconciliation. Track outstanding payments and assist with follow-ups. Support month-end closing, reporting, and audit requirements. Ensure compliance with company billing and accounting procedures. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in billing/accounts, preferably from the FMCG industry . Proficiency in Tally ERP (mandatory). Strong Excel and documentation skills. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently with accuracy and accountability.
