The “Buffet” brand was established by Amalgam Group which has over 40 years of experience in the frozen food industry. Buffet Fusion Foods Pvt. Ltd. (BFFL), manufactures, packs and markets a range of branded, retail-pack food products under the brand name “Buffet”, for the Indian domestic retail market as well as the Indian diasporas internationally.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in the assigned region. The role involves managing distributors, driving sales targets, expanding market presence, and leading a team of Sales Executives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (Primary & Secondary).
• Appoint and manage distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
• Lead, train, and motivate the field sales team to improve productivity.
• Execute promotional and visibility activities in the market.
• Track competitor activities and market trends to recommend actions.
• Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing; MBA preferred.
• 10 plus years of FMCG / Food industry experience (regional handling preferred).
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of local geography and market network.
• Proficiency in Excel / CRM tools for reporting and analysis.

Experience: FMCG / Food Sales.
