Position: Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts

The role is designed to ensure strong financial governance and operational efficiency within the business unit. The incumbent will be primarily responsible for:

Key Responsibilities :

• Financial Reporting & Control

Review periodic financial statements (Monthly, Half-Yearly, Annual).

Ensure financial and statutory compliance across books of accounts.

• Taxation & Compliance

Perform GST and TDS reconciliation and ensure compliance.

Prepare monthly MIS reports.

• Reconciliation & Ledger Management

Conduct vendor and customer account reconciliation in SAP.

Regular monitoring and maintenance of general ledger.

• Manufacturing Finance Expertise

Demonstrate strong understanding of manufacturing processes and material control.

• Policy Implementation

Assist in implementing financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

• Cross-Functional Coordination

Collaborate with internal teams and Adani Group entities (e.g., ABEX) for timely completion of finance-related tasks.

• Fixed Asset Management

Capitalize fixed assets in accordance with PLR accounting standards.

Educational Qualifications

• Mandatory:

  CA / ICWA ( Cleared )

• Preferred:

  Chartered Accountant (CA)

Relevant Experience

• Mandatory:

• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing company.
• Hands-on experience with SAP.

• Preferred:

• Exposure to Defence & Aerospace manufacturing industry.
