Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Prototyping and Products: Formulate Defence specific use cases for autonomous security integrating both ISR (intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance) & threat response elements Assimilate global benchmarks and best practices: Study global case studies in autonomous security and imbibe features into Adani offerings Program management: Ensure autonomous security offering is fully integrated as per customer requirements Trials and demonstrations: Ensure flawless execution of field demonstrations for customers for autonomous security offering Technical Competencies : Strong foundation in security practices especially in Defence Strong understanding of security / automation technologies Experience of working in areas, such as Computer Vision, sensor fusion & security analytics Exposure to data fusion platforms and multi-modal ingestion is desirable Experience in handling drones/ counter drone systems for border/ perimeter security applications is desirable Behavioural Competencies : Strong communication, presentation skills. Should have drive to impact business. Entrepreneurial ability & high goal orientation, navigating fast paced & unstructured environment. Strong program management capabilities – handling diverse stakeholders to deliver solutions in time.
