Responsibilities: · Maintain accurate records of stock levels at the hub. · Conduct daily stock audits to ensure consistency between physical and system records. · Prepare and share all kinds of required daily/periodic stock/transaction reports with the branch Head. · Serve as the point of contact for branches regarding stock requests, availability, and delivery timelines. · Communicate effectively with logistics partners and branch teams to resolve operational challenges. · Accurate order processing and delivery, as well as timely updates on back-office tools. · Maintain Hygiene in Physical Product Handling and Storage. · Inventory out/product delivery followed by FIFO. · Coordinate with relevant stakeholders in HO/Branch for the renewal of the rent agreement/trade license or any other legislative obligations, as applicable. · Act as a liaison officer, handling and resolving internal/external issues as they arise. Key Skills and Qualifications: Technical Skills: Language: · Educational Background- Graduate in any discipline. A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields is a plus. · Experience- Minimum 1 month- 1.5 years in logistics, dispatch coordination, or inventory management. · Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management software. · Strong knowledge of MS Excel for report generation and data analysis.
