We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Finance to join our finance and accounts team. The ideal candidate will have a solid grounding in accounting principles, financial reporting, and statutory compliance, and must be capable of handling end-to-end finance operations in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Educational Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations related to Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Conduct month-end closing activities and ensure accuracy in reporting
• Coordinate with Group Accounts Teams for financial consolidation
• Liaise with Auditors for statutory and internal audits
• Prepare and submit periodic MIS reports in line with group requirements
• Handle Fixed Asset Management and Asset Componentization
• Ensure compliance with applicable TDS, GST, and other statutory requirements
• Maintain strong documentation and ensure timely closure of all financial activities
• Work on ERP systems for finance and accounting operations

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Indian Accounting Standards
• Working knowledge of taxation and compliance (TDS, GST, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively
• High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
• A proactive team player with a solution-driven approach
• Prior experience working on ERP systems is preferred

Pay: ₹50,574.50 - ₹93,371.57 per month
