Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Manager – Design to lead the design and development efforts in our MANUFACTURING division For Retail Furniture and Fixture. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in product design and development, including at least 7 years in a managerial or leadership capacity. This role is responsible for overseeing new product development, creating detailed manufacturing drawings, and ensuring the application of sound engineering principles and practices across all design outputs. Key Responsibilities: Lead New Product Development (NPD) projects from concept to production, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer requirements, and manufacturing capabilities. Supervise and mentor a team of designers and drafters to deliver high-quality, innovative modular furniture solutions. Use 3D modelling and drafting tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor) for conceptualization, design validation, and prototype development. Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Procurement, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth product launches. Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out Projects (Retail & Commercial) We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee and manage the execution of Interior fit-out projects for retail and commercial spaces across PAN India. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in managing end-to-end project delivery, including project scheduling, execution, billing, vendor management, client coordination, and ensuring adherence to health & safety standards. As the Project Manager , you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while managing a team and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
