B2B Sales Manager -(Exp: 2.0 to 10 Yrs) - (Salary: 30K PM To 60K PM) – TOFFA India @Law College Rd (Pune) Client: TOFFA India @Law College Rd (Pune) Post: B2B Sales Manager Vacancies: 03 Gender: Both Male & Female Edu: Any Graduate Exp: 2.0 Yrs to 10 Yrs Salary:  30K PM To 60K PM Working hrs: 10:30 AM TO 7:00 PM Weekly Off: Sunday Job Location: Law College Rd (Pune) Joining: Immediate /Within a week   Job Description: Position Overview The B2B Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new business clients, managing key accounts, and leading the B2B sales process end-to-end. This role focuses on building strong corporate relationships, creating customized business solutions, and achieving sales targets in the enterprise or corporate segment.   Key Responsibilities 1. B2B Sales Strategy & Planning Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify potential business clients, industry segments, and market opportunities. Conduct market analysis, competitor tracking, and customer insights. 2. Business Acquisition & Lead Management Generate and qualify B2B leads through networking, cold calling, events, and referrals. Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demos, and proposal discussions. Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals. 3. Key Account Management Manage relationships with corporate clients and ensure long-term retention. Regularly review client performance, satisfaction, and growth opportunities. Upsell and cross-sell products/services to maximize account value. 4. Sales Team Coordination (if applicable) Guide and support the sales executives/BDRs on lead generation and closure. Monitor team performance, provide training, and ensure target achievement. 5. Sales Operations & Reporting Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM data. Track performance metrics such as conversion ratio, revenue growth, and customer acquisition cost. Submit weekly/monthly MIS reports to management. 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with Marketing for campaigns, events, and content support. Work with Operations, Finance, and Product teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery. Provide client feedback for product/service improvement. 7. Client Relationship & After-Sales Support Ensure timely resolution of client issues and complaints. Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction. Build long-term partnerships with business clients.   Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2–10 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or business development. Strong experience in consultative selling and solution-based sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and sales analytics. Strong network-building ability in targeted industries.
