This role requires a strong leader who can manage a distributed field sales team across India and is ready to travel for *a minimum of 15 days each month*. The position is based partly in the office for strategic planning and coordination and partly in the field for execution and team management. --- ### *Key Responsibilities:* *Team Management:* Lead, supervise, and mentor the pan-India field sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. *Field Operations:* Travel across India at least 15 days per month to oversee regional activities, support sales staff, and engage with key clients/distributors. *Sales Strategy:* Develop and execute effective field sales strategies to boost revenue, market penetration, and customer acquisition. *Performance Tracking:* Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and regularly update senior management. *Training & Development:* Identify skill gaps and organize training sessions for field staff to enhance performance. *Coordination:* Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure smooth sales operations. *Compliance & Reporting:* Ensure accurate data reporting, adherence to company policies, and timely documentation from the field team. *Reducing company expenses in the field (i.e., field operations or fieldwork) requires a combination of strategic, operational, and technological approaches. --- ### *Requirements:* Minimum 5–7 years of field sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of managing large and geographically dispersed field teams. Willingness to travel extensively across India. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales performance tracking.
