Meeting sales targets based on contribution and volume with optimization of both Coordinating with various OEMs, suppliers, Body Shop manufacturers, painters, and Customers to explore the feasibility of the newly developed product. Coordinating with the research & development team in the development of the product, which can cater to the customer`s needs & requirements. Providing relevant inputs to the development team so as to rectify Customer complaints. Providing solutions to the technical & commercial queries of the customers. Conducting a market survey to evaluate the Market potential & to find out the new Potential customer. Increasing liquidity for the organization and reducing Overdue & outstanding. Coordination, Making Forecasting, Planning, and execution for managing various aspects like production, and dispatch on a weekly, monthly, and daily basis. Sales Growth & Target Achievement Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned (both individual & team). Drive state-wise sales expansion (e.g., Maharashtra, Gujarat, MP, Rajasthan, etc.). Monitor product-wise targets (NC thinner, PU thinner, M164, M143, etc.). 2. Team Leadership & Development Lead a team of Sales Executives across states. Assign clear monthly & weekly targets to each team member. Conduct daily reporting reviews (calls, visits, orders booked). Train sales executives on product knowledge, negotiation, and customer handling. Motivate and build a performance-driven culture (use incentives, recognition). 3. Customer & Market Development Identify and onboard new distributors, dealers, and industrial clients. Maintain and strengthen relationships with A & B category customers. Regularly review ABCD customer segmentation for focus and growth. Collect market intelligence – competitor pricing, schemes, and new launches. Ensure timely customer feedback is shared with management (quality, service issues).
Outbound Calling: Initiating calls to potential customers to promote products or services, explain benefits, and generate interest. Inbound Handling: Answering incoming calls from customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and complaints. Sales & Lead Generation: Persuading customers to make purchases or schedule appointments, and generating leads for the sales team.
