Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven B2B Sales Manager to oversee sales operations in the Bilaspur region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with business clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service in the B2B space. This is a field-based role that requires the ability to engage directly with customers, prospect new business opportunities, and lead sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities:Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key decision-makers in businesses (SMEs, Corporates, etc.). Prospect new clients, close deals, and drive sales revenue. Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Client Relationship Management: Manage existing client accounts and foster long-term relationships. Regularly meet with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide solutions that fit their business requirements. Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Lead client presentations, demonstrate products/services, and negotiate pricing and contract terms. Close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects and follow-up on leads. Reporting & Forecasting: Track and report on sales performance, revenue generation, and lead conversions. Provide regular reports to senior management with insights on market trends, sales opportunities, and challenges. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market developments, industry trends, and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities and adjust strategies as needed. Sales Targets & KPIs: Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure consistent revenue growth and achievement of business goals.
