Zonal Sales Manager

Competitor & Market Analysis:

to refine business strategies.

Sales Team Leadership & Development:

regional sales teams, and channel partner executives.

CRM & Customer Engagement:

relationship-building efforts.

Sales Forecasting & Performance Tracking:

report key insights to senior management.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

ensure smooth operations.

Competitive Market Intelligence & Strategy:

emerging business opportunities to refine BD strategies.

E-Commerce & Digital Sales Growth:

(Amazon, Flipkart, company website), optimize digital marketing, and drive revenue growth.

Export & International Sales Expansion:

international distributors, and optimize cross-border sales strategies.

Government & Institutional Business Development:

partnerships with government projects, PSUs, and institutional buyers.

Qualifications & Experience:

Educational Requirements:

 MBA/BBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development preferred.

 Certifications in Sales Strategy, CRM, Channel Partner Management, or Export Business

Development are a plus.

Experience:

 12-18 years of experience in business development,sales strategy, and market expansion.

 Strong expertise in dealer-distributor networks, institutional sales, and B2B/B2C sales

management.

 Experience in bath fittings,sanitaryware, industries preferred.

 Hands-on experience in AI-driven sales strategies, e-commerce growth, and strategic

partnerships.

 Proven leadership in managing large sales teams, revenue optimization, and cross-functional

collaboration.


Skills Required:

 Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.

 Excellent knowledge of CRM tools,sales analytics, and business intelligence software.

 Expertise in market research,sales forecasting, and incentive planning.

 Strong networking abilities with corporate, institutional, and retail stakeholders.

 Ability to drive digital and offline sales initiatives for maximum impact.
