The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying large-scale project opportunities, building strong B2B relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of high-value sales deals. Key Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or a related field. Minimum 5-10 years of experience in project sales within the Home Décor, building material, bathware, or sanitaryware industry. Strong industry network with builders, contractors, architects, and developers. Experience in handling bulk sales, institutional sales, and B2B transactions. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Ability to work on project tenders, specifications, and contract finalization.
