Job Title: Executive/Sr. Store Executive/ Assistant Manager: Store SupervisorLocation: Andheri West, MumbaiIndustry: Bath Fittings & SanitarywareExperience: 5 to 7+ yearsSalary: 4-7 LPA Note: No Bar for Right candidate and Based on experience and knowledge Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Store Sales Executive to join our showroom in AndheriWest, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service,attending to walk-in customers, driving sales, maintaining the store, and collaborating with the salesteam to achieve targets. Key Responsibilities: Attend and assist walk-in customers, providing detailed product information and ensuring apositive customer experience. Demonstrate strong product knowledge of bath fittings and sanitaryware to effectively presentfeatures and benefits to customers. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall store sales objectives. Maintain store displays, ensuring products are well-presented, clean, and properly organized. Support stock management, including inventory checks, stock replenishment, and producttagging. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly. Collaborate with the store team to execute promotional activities and sales strategies. Prepare and submit daily sales reports and customer feedback to the Store Manager. Stay updated with product launches, specifications, and pricing to effectively assist customers. Required Skills, Qualifications, and Education: 5 to 7+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in bath fittings, sanitaryware, or relatedproducts. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with customers. Proven sales acumen and negotiation skills. Knowledge of bath fittings and sanitaryware products is an advantage. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Basic proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with POS systems. Positive attitude, team-oriented, and customer-focused. Minimum educational qualification: Graduation in any discipline.
