Required Skills, Qualifications, and Education: 5 to 7+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in bath fittings, sanitaryware, or relatedproducts. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with customers. Proven sales acumen and negotiation skills. Knowledge of bath fittings and sanitaryware products is an advantage. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Basic proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with POS systems. Positive attitude, team-oriented, and customer-focused. Minimum educational qualification: Graduation in any discipline.
