Assistant Manager

We, Vythiri Park Adventures and Holidays (A unit of V-Sharp Promoters Pvt. Ltd) are the first Adventure Park in Wayanad Dt. with 50+ of activities with affordable fare for all enthusiastic fun lover visitors. We are in need of an Assistant Manager for its smooth operation.

The job roles and responsibilities including the following but are not limited to;

1) Manage all day-to-day operations of various departments in the Adventure Park like Activity, F&B, Maintenance/Eng., Housekeeping/Gardening, Admin-GRA/other staff etc. in a professional way. Keep in touch with staff directly comes under as their immediate officer in all matters concerned.

2) Lead all marketing activities to generate business as well as increase growth statistics to the organization by visiting and exploring new ideas in marketing and by utilizing other possibilities including digital marketing as well.

3) Receive and greet the guests to the Park in an acceptable manner and treat them politely and professionally as a remarkable person who can handle all the risky situations quickly and effectively when met with the same.

4) Take initiative to get positive reviews from the guests to get milage to the organization using social media platforms.

5) Arrange and co-ordinate with other teams to ensure proper staffing and facilities to manage the pre-booked groups or surprise visited teams

6) Be prepare and ready all the departments for inspections at any time from Govt. officials/Dept. in connection with all types of safety, hygiene related matters

7) Conduct regular and weekly meetings with the staffs as per the instructions from the Management. Follow up SOPs and checklists of various departments regularly.

8) Should communicate with staff and visitors sufficiently in English, Hindi and in regional language as well

9) Report directly to the management regarding all the happenings in the park and follow up the instructions as per the requirement of the company on a daily basis.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
