Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India, for an Assistant Manager at Sagar Ratna Restaurants Pvt. Ltd. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, maintain high standards of customer service, manage staff schedules, and ensure compliance with company policies. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, handling customer inquiries, training team members, and assisting in executing promotional activities to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Restaurant management skills, including operational oversight and staff scheduling
• Customer service skills to ensure a positive dining experience and address inquiries or concerns
• Strong leadership and team training abilities to manage and motivate staff effectively
• Knowledge of inventory management, order handling, and ensuring stock supplies
• Understanding of compliance standards and ability to maintain hygiene and safety regulations
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle operational challenges efficiently
• Work experience in the hospitality industry, especially in a managerial or supervisory role
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
