Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Moga for an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Sagar Ratna. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality. Duties include managing customer satisfaction, staff hiring and training, and effective communication with both staff and customers.

• Excellent Communication skills
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage quality standards
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the food and restaurant industry is a plus
• Relevant educational qualifications in hospitality or management
