*Responsibilities:* 1. Conduct outbound calls to potential leads/customers to promote real estate services or properties. 2. Qualify leads by understanding their requirements, budget, and preferences. 3. Provide information on available properties, pricing, and features. 4. Schedule property viewings or virtual tours for interested clients. 5. Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and close sales. 6. Maintain a database of leads, contacts, and communication history. 7. Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs. 8. Collaborate with the sales team and real estate agents to ensure smooth sales processes. 9. Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends, pricing, and industry news. * Skills :* 1. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 2. Proven experience in telesales or customer service. 3. Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends. 4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. 5. Strong objection handling and problem-solving skills. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications. 7. Results-driven and self-motivated. 8. Positive attitude and resilience in a competitive sales environment. *Qualifications: * 1. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
