Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager, located in Budge Budge-I. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing client relationships, coordinating property transactions, and ensuring compliance with regulations. They will work closely with both property owners and seekers, providing professional consultation and personalized service to meet their needs.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and property management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions
Proficient in negotiation and sales strategies
Ability to manage tasks independently and handle multiple responsibilities
Familiarity with legal aspects of property transactions and regulatory compliance
Experience in dealing with commercial and residential properties
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
