Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and managing leads, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Additional tasks include market research, reporting on sales activities, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Real Estate, and Property Management
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
• Ability to generate and manage leads and build client relationships
• Market Research and Analytical skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Prior experience with the Kolkata real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
