Job Description: Zonal Sales Head – Ujjain Division Position: Zonal Sales Head Location: Ujjain Division (Ujjain, Dewas, Shajapur, Ratlam, Mandsaur & Surrounding Belt) Department: Sales & Business Development Reporting To: Regional Sales Head / National Sales Head Role Overview The Zonal Sales Head will lead and manage the complete sales operations of the Ujjain division. The role demands strong leadership, deep market understanding, and the ability to drive revenue, expand distribution networks, and ensure 100% compliance with company policies. The position is responsible for both primary and secondary sales, team performance, channel development, and overall business growth. Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Revenue Growth Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the zone. Ensure consistent YoY growth of 10–20% as per company expectations. Execute sales strategies to increase market penetration across product categories (Housekeeping, Industrial Chemicals, FMCG, Automobile Care, etc.). 2. Channel Expansion & Management Appoint, onboard, and manage C&F agents, distributors, and retailers. Achieve structured partner onboarding targets as per referral and margin framework. Ensure healthy stock rotation and timely secondary billing. 3. Team Leadership Lead zonal sales executives, supervisors, and field staff. Provide training, daily guidance, and performance monitoring through structured reporting. Conduct weekly market working with team members. 4. Market Development Identify new business opportunities across hospitality, manufacturing, institutions, corporates, dealerships, and government sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and market trends. 5. Compliance & Collections Maintain a minimum 85%+ collection efficiency. Ensure adherence to company policies, HSE guidelines, and compliance standards. Conduct periodic audits at distributor points. 6. Reporting & MIS Submit daily sales reports, funnel updates, and market intelligence. Maintain structured MIS for primary/secondary sales, targets, coverage, and productivity.
