Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records, and sales reports. Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred. Minimum 2–5 years of proven B2B sales experience in chemicals, cleaning products, or allied industries. Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close high-value contracts, and build long-term client relationships. Experience selling across multiple segments (industrial, hospitality, automotive, institutional) is a plus. Skills & Competencies Strong technical understanding of industrial chemicals and cleaning formulations. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
