About Olive Industries is a leading, rapidly expanding chemical manufacturer based in Indore, founded in 2018. We produce a diverse range of products, including industrial chemicals, housekeeping products, cosmetics, and auto-care items. Our products are proudly marketed by our sister concern, M/S. Guru Kripaa Enterprises. As we continue our exponential growth, we are seeking experienced and dedicated sales leaders to drive our new divisions forward. Job Summary we are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B (Business-to-Business) Sales Executive to join our team in Indore. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our extensive product portfolio to a variety of institutional clients. This role is crucial to our expansion, and we are looking for an experienced leader who can take ownership of the territory, identify new business opportunities, and effectively demonstrate the value of our products. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential B2B clients in Indore and surrounding regions. Target sectors include (but are not limited to): hotels, hospitals, restaurants, food processing units, industrial facilities, corporate offices, government municipalities, and educational institutions. Sales & Product Promotion: Actively promote and sell the complete range of Olive Industries products. This includes: Housekeeping & Room Care: A full line of floor cleaners, multi surface cleaners, glass cleaners, air fresheners, and toilet bowl cleaners Kitchen Hygiene: Food-safe cleaners, degreasers, manual dish wash liquids, sanitizers, and lime scale removers for commercial kitchens. Personal Hygiene: Bulk supplies of hand wash, 70% alcohol-based hand sanitizers, and shower gels. Laundry Solutions: Industrial-strength detergents, bleaches, and spotting agents for commercial laundries. Industrial & Government Supplies: Bulk chemicals such as Ferric Alum, Bleaching Powder, Sodium Hypo Chlorite, and water treatment materials. Automobile Caring Products: Dashboard polish, tyre polish, and car wash shampoo for garages and service centers. Cleaning Equipment: Mops, vipers, dusters, tissue paper, and other cleaning tools. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, product demonstrations, and after-sales support. Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact and presentation to negotiation, closing the deal, and coordinating delivery. Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and quotations. Targets & Reporting: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activity to the management team. Qualifications & Skills Required: Proven and significant experience in B2B sales, preferably in the chemical, hygiene, or institutional supply industry. Strong understanding of the Indore and surrounding area market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills: A high degree of self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset. Demonstrated ability to take ownership of a sales territory and drive results independently. Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driver's license for frequent client visits. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field. Existing relationships with purchase managers in hotels, hospitals, or industrial units. Ability to understand and explain technical product specifications (e.g., chemical dilutions, applications).
