Job Description: Sales & Business Development Executive – Industrial Chemicals and Cleaning Solutions

Role Overview
The Sales & Business Development Executive will drive revenue growth by identifying new clients, nurturing existing accounts, and promoting Guru Kripaa Enterprises’ extensive product portfolio. This individual will develop market strategies, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities across target segments:
– Industrial chemicals (e.g., Sodium Hypochlorite, Sulfuric Acid, Caustic Soda, Hydrogen Peroxide)
– Housekeeping & hygiene (e.g., Hand Wash, Sanitizers, Surface Cleaners, Phenyls, Detergents)
– Automotive care (e.g., Dashboard Polish, Tyre Polish, Car Wash Shampoo)
– Skincare & personal care (e.g., Shower Gels, Moisturizers, Body & Bath Shampoos)
– Water treatment (e.g., RO Membrane Cleaners, Citric Acid, Biocides, pH Controllers)
– Dairy processing (e.g., Citric Acid, Caustic Soda, Dish Wash Gel)
– Institutional & corporate supplies (e.g., Floor Cleaners, Glass Cleaners, Air Fresheners)
– Hotel amenities and catering supplies (e.g., Luxury Gels, Fuel Gels, Corn Starch, Kewda Water)
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers in manufacturing, hospitality, institutional, and government sectors.
Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and training sessions for clients and distribution partners.
Prepare competitive pricing proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts in coordination with the internal teams.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, and Quality teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records, and sales reports.
Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
Minimum 2–5 years of proven B2B sales experience in chemicals, cleaning products, or allied industries.
Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close high-value contracts, and build long-term client relationships.
Experience selling across multiple segments (industrial, hospitality, automotive, institutional) is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
Strong technical understanding of industrial chemicals and cleaning formulations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel extensively for client meetings and industry events.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Results-driven mindset with exceptional planning and organizational skills.
