Job Description

A Medical Implant Sales & Marketing Representative is responsible for promoting, selling, and supporting medical implant products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics. The role combines sales expertise, product knowledge, and relationship-building with marketing activities such as product demonstrations, training, and strategic promotion. Medical implant representatives act as the bridge between distributor and healthcare providers, ensuring implants are effectively marketed, understood, and adopted in clinical practice. Rolls Responsibilities *Sales & Promotion *Promote and sell medical implant products to surgeons, hospitals, and clinics.   * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals.   * Achieve sales targets and expand market share.   * Client Relationship Management  *Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, procurement teams, and hospital administrators.   *Provide ongoing support and resolve client queries.   *Act as the primary point of contact for product-related issues.   *Marketing & Strategy *Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns and promotional materials.   *Identify new market opportunities and contribute to strategic planning.   *Participate in conferences, trade shows, and workshops to promote implants.   *Train healthcare staff on proper use and benefits of implants.   *Provide technical support during surgeries when implants are used.   *Stay updated on competitor products and industry trends.   *Ensure adherence to medical regulations and ethical sales practices.    *Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.    *Report regularly to management on performance and market insights.   Skills & Qualifications * Strong knowledge of medical devices/implants and surgical procedures.   *Excellent communication and negotiation skills.   * Ability to build trust with healthcare professionals.   *Experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare industry is highly valued.
