Position: Sales & Marketing Executive
Location: Ernakulam / Thrissur

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive growth, generate leads, and strengthen client relationships. This role involves marketing and selling home and commercial automation solutions while strategizing to expand market reach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in home/commercial automation and HVAC solutions.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and developers.
• Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital & offline) to increase brand awareness.
• Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales & marketing (preferably in automation, HVAC, or related industries).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to identify customer pain points and provide tailored solutions.
• Experience in B2B and B2C sales with a proven track record.
• Familiarity with automation systems, HVAC products, or smart technologies is a plus.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and digital marketing platforms is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
