We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to join our team and support daily human resources operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be people-oriented, organized, and capable of managing end-to-end HR processes in a dynamic startup environment. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & On boarding Manage end-to-end hiring process for roles across departments Coordinate job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and offer letters Facilitate smooth on boarding and induction for new employees HR Operations Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital) Handle attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and compliance Support preparation of HR policies and SOP's Employee Engagement Plan and implement internal events, feedback sessions, and surveys Resolve employee concerns with empathy and discretion Help create a positive and collaborative work culture Compliance & Reporting Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies Assist in audit and documentation processes Generate HR MIS reports and dashboards Requirements Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field) 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar HR role Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proficient in MS Office and HR software (Zoho People, GreytHR, etc.) Prior experience in a startup or EV/tech sector is a plus What We Offer Dynamic startup culture with growth opportunities Opportunity to work at the forefront of India's EV revolution Supportive team environment and open-door leadership

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to oversee and manage on-ground activities for EV charger installation projects. This role involves coordinating site surveys, supervising civil and electrical work, and ensuring project execution as per quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed site surveys for EV charger installations and prepare site readiness reports. Coordinate and supervise civil works, including foundation, trenching, mounting, and finishing. Oversee cabling, earthing, and electrical connections in compliance with safety standards and regulations. Manage on-site workforce, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks. Liaise with project managers, clients, and local authorities for smooth execution. Ensure availability of required materials and equipment on-site. Maintain daily site work logs, progress reports, and documentation. Ensure adherence to quality control, safety protocols, and statutory compliance. Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges proactively. Assist in final testing, commissioning, and handover of completed sites. Requirements: Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Civil, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in electrical infrastructure, telecom, or renewable energy projects. Strong knowledge of civil and electrical work, including earthing systems and cabling. Ability to read and understand technical drawings. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel extensively to project sites. Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
