Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales of Xobolt’s EV charging solutions across public, private, and commercial spaces. Key Responsibilities: Identify and prospect potential clients including hotels, malls, corporates, real estate developers, fuel stations, and public charging hubs. Generate leads, pitch Xobolt’s EV charging solutions, and close business deals. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships. Conduct site visits and feasibility checks with the operations team. Negotiate commercial terms, agreements, and pricing with clients. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution. Stay updated on EV industry trends, competitors, and government policies related to EV infrastructure. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field is a plus. Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in EV, renewable energy, automotive, or technology sectors. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
