A. Sales Management – Includes the following aspects. - Sales forecasting, inventory management at depot/branch. - Ensuring sales hygiene. - Achieve and exceed zonal sales targets. - Monitor sales trends, identify gaps and make corrective actions. B. Team Leadership - Lead, mentor and manage a team of Area Managers and Medical Representatives/ Nutrition Praefectus. - Conduct regular performance reviews and field visits to support and guide the sales team. - Percolate growth mindset across the team. - Organize training and development programs to enhance team capabilities. C. Strategic Planning - Develop and implement zonal sales strategies aligned with company goals. - Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to capture them. - Monitor competitor activities and market trends. - Brand building. D. Customer Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with key Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), hospitals and healthcare institutions. - Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly. E. Reporting & Compliance - Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights and team activities to higher management. - Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines and ethical standards. *In addition to the above you may be given additional responsibilities as per business requirement and your JD can be altered at the discretion of your superiors.
