Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Metallurgical, or similar). Proven experience in anodization, electroplating, or a related manufacturing process. Strong knowledge of anodizing process chemistry, equipment, and safety standards. Experience in plant management, including operations, maintenance, quality control, and budget management. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with experience managing teams. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of experience with at least 8-10 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Your Role As an SAP EHS Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP solutions that help organizations manage their environmental, health, and safety compliance effectively. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand regulatory requirements and operational risks, and translate them into robust SAP EHS configurations and processes. Your role will involve end-to-end project involvement—from requirement gathering and blueprinting to configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
