We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Architect-Planner with a Bachelors degree in Architecture and a Masters degree in Planning. The candidate will play a key role in developing and executing Town Planning Schemes (TPS) in Pune, contributing to sustainable urban development and effective land management. Key Responsibilities: Town Planning Scheme Development : Conduct detailed analysis of land parcels for preparing TPS layouts. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather necessary data for planning. Design layouts considering infrastructure, amenities, and land-use allocation. Urban Design and Planning : Create innovative and functional design solutions for urban spaces. Ensure compliance with development regulations and zoning bylaws. Stakeholder Engagement : Liaise with government agencies, landowners, and other stakeholders. Address queries and provide solutions for TPS-related issues. Data and Documentation : Prepare reports, presentations, and technical documentation. Conduct spatial analysis using GIS and other planning tools. Project Management : Manage timelines and deliverables for multiple projects. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success. Skill Set Required: Educational Qualification : Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch). Master’s degree in Planning (Urban/Town/Regional Planning preferred). Technical Skills : Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit). GIS tools for spatial analysis and mapping. Understanding of TPS principles and methodologies. Familiarity with Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act (MRTP). Professional Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Attention to detail and aptitude for data-driven decision-making.
