Indus Towers Limited is looking for Circle Operations - Estate Team Member to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Site MaintenanceOversee the day-to-day maintenance and operations of estate properties within the assigned circle, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and adherence to standards
Vendor ManagementCoordinate with external vendors and service providers for estate-related services, such as landscaping, security, and waste management
Facility InspectionsConduct regular inspections of estate properties to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and areas for improvement
Tenant RelationsInteract with tenants, addressing their concerns, and facilitating effective communication between tenants and management
Lease ManagementAssist in managing lease agreements, including renewals, terminations, and negotiation of terms with property owners
ComplianceEnsure that estate properties comply with local regulations, safety codes, and environmental standards
