Job Description

To Design Processes and also ensure the implementation and adherence to

the internal and regulatory policies.

Implementation and monitoring adherence of internal process across CSD

Branches

Coordinating with risk, compliance, legal and product for any changes in the

processes/new process including DAS updation

Conduct periodical checks on red flag, high risk, Fraud prone- transactions

and ensure tight control placed to avoid such cases.

Identify opportunities for Simplification as well as build suitable controls on

existing processes

Monitor suspense accounts, internal GL account and develop controls on

various internal reports.

Using Audit reports, error tracker analysis, and risk analysis on transactions,

RSDL Visit reports to publish learnings

Regular cum surprise transaction level monitoring to avoid any operational

risk, and to identify fraud items, build mitigation to ensure Bank is not

exposed any reputational, regulatory risks and external frauds. Conduct

Onsite/Remote Audits of the Branches and score them basis the

observations.

Review existing processes for simplification/risk mitigation and to build tight

controls taking into count various changing risk parameters from CSD & Trade

perspective

Collaborate with concerned stakeholders in running, piloting various projects

throughout its life cycle, related to change management and process reengineering.

Effective use of Data Analytics Skill for identifying process debts, system

requirements and productivity, FTR etc.

Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in Trade Ops
