Vice President – Human Resources


Talent Management, Organizational Development, HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, and Culture Building


Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Define and execute the global HR strategy aligned with Zycus’ business objectives.
  • Partner with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and leadership development

Talent Management & Developmen

  • Build programs to identify, develop, and retain high-potential talent and future leaders.
  • Establish robust succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
  • Drive continuous learning and skill development leveraging digital learning solutions

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Champion initiatives to enhance employee engagement, well-being, and inclusion.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration across global teams.
  • Serve as a cultural ambassador, ensuring Zycus is an employer of choice

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee global HR operations including payroll, compliance, benefits, and employee relations.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and employment practices across regions.
  • Implement HR technology and analytics to drive data-driven decision making

Compensation & Benefit

  • Design competitive compensation structures that drive performance and retention. Continuously benchmark and update employee benefits to attract and retain top talent

    .

Change Management

  • Lead HR transformation initiatives to align with evolving business needs.


Qualifications & Experience

  • 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role in a global SaaS or technology company.
  • Strong track record in building and scaling HR functions in high-growth environments. Experience in global workforce management across multiple geographies (US, Europe, APAC).
