About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and recruit
IT professionals for US-based clients
Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through
job boards, databases, referrals, and networking.
Maintain relationships with candidates to ensure smooth onboarding and retention.
Collaborate with the team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
Ensure compliance with client requirements,
tax terms, and visa specifications.
Should be able to submit qualified profiles to manager/client.

Requirements:

14 years of proven experience in US IT staffing.
Good knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, etc.).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
