Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and negotiating salaries.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-4 years of experience in IT Recruitment or Technical Recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of C2H (Contract-to-Hire), Contract Hiring, Domestic Staffing, End-to-End Recruitment, Job Posting, Salary Negotiation, Sourcing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Good understanding on technologies like Oracle, SAP, Siebel, Salesforce etc.
