Role: Associate Recruiter/Sr IT Recruiter Experience: 1-5years Location: Hyderabad - Remote Availability/Notice Period: Immediate-15Days Skills required: Proven 1+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter in a technology-driven environment, preferably with a focus on software engineering roles. Experience recruiting software engineers with large scale distributed system experience highly preferred Solid understanding of software engineering roles, technologies, and technical skills. Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., Job Portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt to changing priorities.
