Senior Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the

  end-to-end recruitment process

  for technical roles across engineering, product, and data functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create job descriptions, and build effective hiring strategies.
  
• Source top talent through multiple channels job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and role alignment.
  
• Build and maintain a

  robust candidate pipeline

  for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  
• Provide market intelligence and insights to hiring teams to shape recruitment strategies.
  
• Utilize ATS and CRM tools to manage candidate data, track metrics, and generate reports.
  
• Collaborate closely with HR and leadership on workforce planning and employer branding initiatives.
  
• Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in

  technical recruitment

  , preferably in IT/Software/Engineering domains.
• Proven track record of successfully hiring for roles such as Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists, Cloud Architects, etc.
  
• Strong knowledge of

  sourcing techniques

  (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean search, etc.).
• Familiarity with

  ATS platforms

  and recruitment analytics.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
  
• Understanding of market trends and competitive landscape in technology hiring.
