Job Title:

Mandatory Skills:

Minimum 1+ year of experience
in end-to-end IT recruitment
Expertise in
sourcing, screening, and closing
candidates within defined
TAT (Turnaround Time)
Ability to handle
niche and hard-to-fill requirements
Strong understanding of
IT technologies
(Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data, etc.)
Proficiency in Boolean search
techniques is
mandatory
Having access to an
internal candidate database
is a plus
Must be

with a proven record of closures
Excellent communication skills
