Job Description

Senior IT Recruiters

Key Responsibilities:

Manage
end-to-end IT recruitment
(sourcing to closure)
Use
advanced Boolean search techniques
to identify the best talent
Achieve
daily submission targets
and
monthly closures
Source and screen candidates for technologies such as Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data, etc.
Maintain recruitment tracker and ensure hiring within defined TAT (Turnaround Time)
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and deliver on requirements
Note: Failure to meet monthly closures may require working 2 Saturdays per month

Mandatory Skills:

Minimum 1+ year of end-to-end IT recruitment experience
Strong Boolean search skills (mandatory)
Understanding of IT technologies
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Target-driven with proven closure history
