Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Workday Developer Lead position with good communication skills , documentation skills , troubleshooting , analytical skills and ability to handle work independently . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Workday HCM and possess excellent technical and analytical skills. This role will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing Workday solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of Workday integrations and customizations. Develop and maintain Workday integrations with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, HCM). Troubleshoot and resolve Workday-related issues. Perform system administration tasks, including user provisioning, security configuration, and data integrity checks. Participate in all phases of the Workday implementation lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and go-live support. Document all development activities and create comprehensive technical documentation. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Stay current with the latest Workday features, best practices, and industry trends. Mentor and guide junior developers. Ensure compliance with all relevant data privacy and security regulations. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Workday Developer or equivalent role. Proven experience with Workday HCM modules (e.g., Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting). Strong understanding of Workday integrations and web services. Experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, calculated fields, and security configurations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Certifications: Workday Certified Integration Consultant preferred. Other relevant Workday certifications are a plus
