Sole responsibility for marketing IT Bench Consultants with vendors or Direct clients Updating of resumes into different Job portals Sharing Hot list of consultants in different portals and contacts Getting the requirements from Tier-1 vendors/implementing Partners Negotiating with Vendors for appropriate rates Follow-up with the vendors regarding feedback after the interviews Constant touch with candidates and keeping them informed about the submissions and interviews
