Job Description

As a Workday Developer at Tecnoprism, you will be responsible for leveraging your strong financials and HCM experience in ERP implementations, especially in Workday Finance and HCM. Your focus will be on maintaining a high standard of quality, security, and attention to detail in all your work. Key Responsibilities: - Gather business requirements from the Business Community and translate them into technical specifications, including creating and analyzing reports for improved business analysis. - Manage and develop reports, as well as perform data analysis. - Conduct root cause analysis to address break/fix issues effectively. - Ensure data integrity throughout all data transformations and transmissions. - Participate in prototypes and demonstrations of new functionalities. - Provide support during bi-annual upgrade processes. Qualifications: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, technical business analysis, or technical financial reporting. - Proficiency in Data Quality and Data Transformation using Workday Prism Analytics. - Expertise in managing Workday VNDLY, Adaptive Planning integrations, and integrating third-party SaaS platforms like Salesforce with the Boomi integration platform. - Demonstrated proficiency in Workday technologies, with a priority on Adaptive Insights, Workday Studio, Workday Integrations, Workday Prism, Workday Security, and Workday Reports.
