Key Responsibilities: · Develop and maintain Pega applications using best practices for design, efficiency, and scalability. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of Pega solutions. · Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers. · Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on other developers' work. · Contribute to the overall architecture and design of new Pega projects. Job Requirements: · Proficient in Pega rules process commander, Pega development, Pega CSA, and Pega PRPC. · Strong understanding of process and rules in Pega. · Familiarity with Pega certifications such as CCSA or CSA is preferred. · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is desired but not required.
