The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the testing efforts for Workday Finance implementations, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial processes within the Workday system. This role requires a deep understanding of Workday Finance modules, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage and mentor a team of testers. Key Responsibilities: Lead the testing efforts for Workday Finance implementations, including planning, execution, and reporting. Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Workday Finance modules. Coordinate with project managers, developers, and business analysts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
