Job Description

As a Program Manager at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the successful delivery of multiple projects related to Workday solutions. Your strategic thinking and project management skills will play a crucial role in driving the success of our financial operations. Here's a breakdown of what will be expected from you in this role: Responsibilities: - Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects related to Workday solutions. - Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of Workday Revenue Management and Workday Finance. - Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams. - Monitor project progress, performance, and implement corrective actions when necessary. - Develop and maintain project documentation including plans, status reports, and risk management plans. - Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders. - Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to senior management. - Identify and manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies. - Ensure compliance with company policies and standards. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project management processes. - Provide training and support to team members on Workday solutions and best practices. - Collaborate with external vendors and partners for successful project outcomes. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 10 years of program management experience with a focus on Workday solutions. - Expertise in Workday Revenue Management and Workday Finance. - Strong project management skills including planning, execution, and risk management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. - Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges. - Experience in a hybrid work model and managing remote teams. - Proficiency in project management tools and software. - PMP or similar project management certification (nice to have). - Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Additionally, the company requires a Workday Finance Certification as a mandatory qualification for this role.,
