Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 4 to 6 years of expertise in Workday Financial Management. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing financial solutions that align with our business objectives. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of Workday Finance and offers an opportunity to contribute to impactful projects within the finance and accounting domain.

Responsibilities

Design and implement Workday Financial Management solutions to meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure the integration of Workday Finance with existing systems to streamline financial processes.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to stakeholders on Workday Financial Management best practices.
Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability and accuracy of financial data.
Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.
Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to optimize functionality.
Support end-users by providing training and resolving technical issues related to Workday Finance.
Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of financial solutions.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies in all system implementations.
Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to improve financial reporting and analysis capabilities.
Stay updated with the latest Workday Financial Management features and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Possess strong experience in Workday Financial Management with a focus on implementation and support.
Demonstrate expertise in financial processes and accounting principles.
Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex financial challenges.
Show proficiency in system integration and data management.
Have excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
Preferably have experience in the finance and accounting domain.
